About

All our dishes are homemade , made from raw materials. For the sake of quality and preservation of our heritage, we have chosen to offer you products exclusively from local fishing , and West Indian cultures and livestock. In order to pay particular attention to each dish, we offer you a short, evolving menu that is regularly renewed according to the fishing, the seasons, and our inspirations . Most of our tableware is also made locally : in Marie-Galante pottery! Certain dishes, however traditional, now require the use of imported products, or fishing methods that do not correspond to our sourcing ethic. We have therefore decided not to put them on the menu. Nevertheless, the gastronomic richness of our beautiful Archipelago, sublimated by the talent of our chef Thibault, accompanied by Jonathan and Théo, still has much to surprise you! Finally, you will find a tasting menu of agricultural rums highlighting the ancestral know-how of the islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique.
Bon Appétit !
